Sealing Brushes with steel profiles – Special types
Our sealing brushes are available in a variety of shapes, with the carrier profile also serving as a mounting flange. We refer to our 11 profile types as special designs, which can be manufactured in countless variations according to your specifications.
We offer you the following selection criteria:
- All types of fill materials available, including natural bristles, animal hair, plant fibers, wire, and synthetic filaments.
- Profile material available in galvanized steel, stainless steel (grades 1.4301, 1.4571), or brass strip.
- Various fill heights available (free fill material length).
- Delivery lengths ranging from just a few centimeters to the maximum transportable size.
Upon request, we supply all types of sealing brushes with mounting holes in the flange profile, available as round or slotted holes. A total of 22 standardized round hole dimensions and 13 slotted hole dimensions are available.
Of course, we can also supply any other dimensions upon request.

| Synthetic fibres | PA 6.6 (Polyamid) | All polyamid qualities have strong recovery properties. PA 6.6 is the filament with the highest rigidity in dry application before PA 6.12 and PA 6. In case of wet use PA 6.12 ranks before PA 6.6 and PA 6 because of the lowest water absorption. |
