Quick Seal brushes are delivered in a compact corrugated cardboard box. The octagonal shape is optimized for easy transport, storage, and daily use. Thanks to a dispensing slot in the box, the brushes can be cut to the desired length without opening the packaging. Once the correct length is determined, the strip brush can be mounted quickly and easily. There are several mounting options available: using double-sided adhesive tape, screwing, gluing, or inserting a mounting profile into the brush.

The advantage of this product line compared to existing strip brushes is that it is made entirely of plastic. This makes the brushes highly flexible and adaptable to almost any shape. They are used for sealing, guiding, wiping, braking, and pressing.

Synthetic fibres	PP (Polypropylen)	Polypropylene, acid-resistant, smooth or crimped, colors available on request. Diameter 0.10 – 1.00 mm.
Synthetic fibres	PA 6.6 (Polyamid)	All polyamid qualities have strong recovery properties. PA 6.6 is the filament with the highest rigidity in dry application before PA 6.12 and PA 6. In case of wet use PA 6.12 ranks before PA 6.6 and PA 6 because of the lowest water absorption.
Synthetic fibres	PA 6.12 (Polyamid)	Polyamide, smooth or crimped, colors available on request, diameter 0.08 – 3.00 mm. All polyamide grades are characterized by excellent recovery properties. In wet applications, PA 6.12 offers the best stiffness due to its minimal water absorption.
Natural fibres	ROS (horsehair – soft to medium-hard)	Horsehair, soft to medium-hard, black in colour.
