In addition to their application-specific advantages, they offer a feature that is becoming increasingly important for many companies: they can be refurbished and reused multiple times.
Like hardly any other tool concept, the use of technical brushes supports companies in the practical implementation of sustainability and resource conservation principles.
For many of our machine-driven roller brushes, the brush fill is mounted on a body – such as a rotating shaft.
The fill consists of wound strip brushes or so-called double-band spirals. Once they reach their wear limits, these types of fill can be dismantled and replaced with new ones. This is usually done as part of our customer service at our facility. However, with the appropriate technical setup and experience, users can also carry out this replacement independently.
