Strip Brushes – Cup Form
Even with strip brushes in cup form, we demonstrate the universal processing versatility of this brush type. For specialised tasks, we offer a dimensional range from 20 mm to 1000 mm in diameter, covering an unmatched spectrum of application possibilities. We provide the following selection criteria: all types of fill material such as natural bristles, animal hair, plant fibres, and synthetic filaments; mounting material made from galvanized steel, stainless steel (grades 1.4301, 1.4571), or brass strip. In addition to the round cup form, strip brushes can also be bent into any other desired shape.
The same production method can be applied to manufacture strip brushes in curved form, not only in semicircular shapes, but also in other arc segment configurations. The larger the dimensions, the easier it is to mount multi-part arc segments along the circumference.
